My wife and I would like to
take this opportunity to thank-you for your courteous, accurate and special attention
given to us on Wednesday November 2, 2005 concerning the mould and water damage problems
we have experienced in our basement. You were able to take time out of your busy schedule
to come to our house immediately for a visual inspection of our basement. You answered all
of our questions in a very professional manner and put our minds at ease for the present
time because we were very worried about all the damage and possible contamination to our
living area. You discussed all the options available for clean-up and showed us pictures
from past clean-ups your company was involved in and we were very inpressed with the
workmanship. You even mentioned renting air scrubbers to clean the air and we will do this
immediately! Due to the fact that my wife is very sensitive to mould odours, you were able
to answer all her questions about the safety issues concerning mould contamination.
