Founded by J.H. Murphy, 1991 Resource Environmental Associates Limited incorporated in Ontario 1994. Total Environmental Services Contracting Limited formed in Ontario 2003 following acquisition of asbestos abatement business established 1988. REA Envirohealth International formed 2005 as joint venture of REA and Occupational & Environmental Hygiene Consultants Inc. (established in Barbados 1999). Majority interest acquired by REA in 2006.
